From 1 November 2026, MYOB pricing will change for some subscription plans.

MYOB Business per-user Payroll premium feature
The MYOB Business variable payroll fee will increase to $5 per employee from 1 November 2026.

Payroll fees are calculated based on the number of employees paid each month and are applied at the end of the month.
If you use Payroll, this fee will appear on your invoice from 1 December 2026. The maximum number of employees included depends on your plan. For more details on Payroll limits and fees, visit our help page.
MYOB Business Lite and Pro base subscription prices remain unchanged.
