MYOB pricing update

To ensure we can keep these enhancements coming, we’ll be updating our pricing.

These MYOB prices are effective from 1 March 2026.

If you are entitled to a discount as a result of any current, valid offer, it will be applied against the new monthly base subscription price from 1 March 2026 until your offer ends.

 

MYOB Business per-user Payroll premium feature 

The MYOB Business variable payroll fee will increase by $1 to $3 per employee from 1 March 2026.

Payroll fees are automatically calculated based on the number of employees paid each month and are applied at the end of the month. Starting 1 April 2026, these fees will appear on the invoice for Payroll users. The maximum number of employees included depends on the selected plan. What does this mean for you? 

These changes will take effect from 1 March 2026. You will see them reflected on your invoice after this date.

For monthly billing: You’ll see the new monthly base subscription price reflected on your first bill after 1 March 2026.
For annual billing: Your annual renewal price is based on 12 months of the new monthly price. We won’t change your price during your current 12‑month term. You’ll see the new amount reflected in your first renewal on or after 1 March 2026.

Additional fees or charges apply for the use of Premium Features, such as optional Payroll, Online Payments and Premium Inventory.
